Review policy

Who can write a review

Only customers who bought the product from us, via the one-time link we email after delivery. Every published review is a verified purchase.

How moderation works

A person reads every review and photo before it appears. We only reject content that is abusive, spam, unlawful, or unrelated to the product — never because a review is critical. Negative reviews are published like any other.

What we never do

We don't pay for, incentivise, or write reviews, and we don't edit yours except to remove personal information like phone numbers.
